Movement directions: Put one arm in front of you with your thumb up. Start in the middle of your body then move your arm up to the left as far as you can reach then down and around. Next go across the middle of your body and move up to the right as far as you can reach then down and around and back to the middle. Repeat 5-10 times with each hand then with both hands together. Your head should stay still but your eyes should be watching your thumb.
